If I Could Save Time in an Embeddable Video

NBA.com compiled the top ten Mavs plays of 2008-2009, with a disproportionate amount of James Singleton. There’s even a Devean George sighting. I’m a fan of big shots and game-winners as much as the next guy, but I still can’t see how JET’s hanging dunk on Anthony Randolph didn’t top the list.

Thoughts?

That was the top 10 list I put together on dallas-mavs.com. All in all, I think I like my list better.

I didn’t have JET’s dunk top the list either, but that was only because I felt that buzzer beaters should be the top plays. Everyone seems to do it that way…

Is the embedded video working for anyone else? I can’t see anything.

@Sean: Thanks for the heads up. I’m not sure why the video isn’t working, but it should work if you view it in its original context here:

Thanks Rob! You’re right, the video makes it seem like Bass and Singleton were in our starting line up or something haha. A lot of it is due to them being the recipent’s of JKidd’s assists, which I think were the real reasons those clips were put in. That plus they were the only ones on the team that could consistently finish oops and actually played in the games LoL.

And it’s true, like tcat said buzzer beaters always get priority for whatever reason.

Anyway, I’m pumped up for this season. At the end of it all, the next Top 10 list should be a lot of Kidd, Matrix, JHo and Dirk. And I fully expect Gooden and Humphries to replace those type of highlights Bass provided either way!
