Ol’ buddy, ol’ pal Pops Mensah-Bonsu was recently waived by the Spurs (in order to clear the roster spot that will be filled by Drew Gooden), and appears to be headed to the Raptors. For a fast-breaking team that could use some front-court depth, Pops seems like a perfect fit. I wish them a long and prosperous marriage.
